If you rewind 25 years, Photoshop didn't exist at all and even when the application was initially created, it was a far-cry from the hugely powerful application that we know and love today.
Today, Photoshop is an extremely powerful piece of software but it hasn't always been this way. Photoshop is arguably the most widely used, most popular and most powerful photo-editing software in the world and although many of today's Photoshop users probably can't imagine a world without the application, it's important to remember that Photoshop has only been around for a measly 25 years.
